The packages we offer include:
This includes the Helpline (with an assigned CIPD qualified Account Manager), Online Client Resource Centre, Vacancy Advertisements placed on North East Jobs, CPD, Updates, Information Forum and Occupational Health on a Pay As You Go basis.
This includes the provision of HR support and advice at a rate per hour. This would be without entering into a contract, or commitment to an upfront payment and any advice provided would be invoiced.
‘Online Client Resource Centre Package’
This package allows our clients to access our suite of HR policies, procedures, guidance and supporting documentation 24 hours a day.
Learning and development, on a range of HR topics, through our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme is provided using e-learning resources located within the Online Client Resource Centre.
We provide access to events such as Safer Recruitment Training, Single Central Record Training, Effective Sickness Absence Management Training, Effective Performance Management Training which is provided by experienced professionals.
Through our PAYGO service we offer bespoke events for Senior Leaders in schools on managing absences and reward management.
