Our team has a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years’ experience of providing HR advice and support in the private, public and not for profit sectors, recently focusing on working with schools and academies. Debbie Judd has been a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) for over 20 years.
We have extensive experience of the interpretation and application of employment law and national and local conditions of service (eg Burgundy Book – Teachers Conditions of Service; Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document; Green Book – the National Joint Council for Local Government Services) and also the creation and introduction and application of HR policies and procedures.
We have been the HR lead on complex school staffing re-structures including academisation, the Transfer of Undertakings and Protection of Employment (TUPE), redundancy, redeployment, dismissal and re-engagement issues. We have dealt with complex disciplinary, grievance and absence management casework, including dismissals.
Account Manager
Each of our customers is allocated their own HR Account Manager, who will work closely with you to ensure the highest level of support is provided. We appreciate that managing staffing and dealing with minor or complex HR issues can be stressful, time consuming and sometimes detrimental to your business and your Account Manager will be available to you by both a direct email address and a direct mobile telephone number in order to provide ongoing support.
HR Administration
Along with your own account manager, we provide HR administration support for you and your school/academy.
Our admin team provides additional help with documents, Occupational Health referrals and job advert requests.
